Neopan 400 developed in HC110 and Rodinal.

Blumenrit Street, San Miguel, not the one in Manila.
Both shot using a Zorki 4 and a 60 year old Summarit lens and developed in HC110 and Rodinal mixed.

I’ve been home a week… developed 22 roll’s of film, shot 23 roll’s of film and I still have 19 roll’s in the fridge to develop. Life’s good!!

The Kaio Maru and a crane barge along with the Sofie Maersk (one of the largest container ships in the world) at Shimizu Port.

I can eat just about anything and it would be fair to say I’m quite adventurous with food but some off the food that was served up here was a bit weird. I ate it all though except the Tuna eye ball’s!

Back to this restaurant tonight (this was last Saturday) to sample some more exotic seafood.

There is never any shortage of colour in the Philippines but I mainly use B&W film, so for a change here is my home town in colour.

I’m just too lazy to remove all the dust spots from these images, all due to the poor processing in a local 1 hour lab. Film is Fuji YKL 100 (locally re packaged Superia) that is about 3 years out off date.

Not the first time I’ve dined here… food is fantastic but the Shochu is better! Blootered by 7pm!

Summer 2008 this is… not this year. This is how far behind I am in processing my photos!
I love Sasebo, a great small town in Nagasaki Prefecture, hopefully I will be back there in April.

I’ve rather neglected this blog off late so here’s some shots from Yokohama, taken less than 5 mins ago. The Sushi was fantastic and the toilet is so far unused, however the girls in the photo (one off them is a bloke) had such high pitched accents it was starting to get on my tits….

The guy in the pick up was not very happy with me….

The Internet just now (in port) is no better, I’m starting to have withdrawal symptoms!

The last from the cemetery, for now anyhow. For the people who can’t afford much they ‘rent’ a space in the wall. 5 years is the term and if the relatives don’t pay again the body’s are removed the space made available for somebody else. If you can afford a bit more you get your own bit off ground. Even there your relatives might turf you out if they want to reuse the space.
If you like what you see there is always the ’second hand’ market. I’m not sure how much they want for this space though.

I promised you more dead bodies…… Just a bit later than I expected.

This was just to the left of Erika, the one on the ground was in a sticky puddle of slime which I had to stand in to get the shot.

Anyhow.. I used to go to the local cemetery quite a lot as I had a friend there, he was pretty much like this person except most off his body was in a cement sack. I called him Erik, didn’t know his real name but the presence was off a man. This one though feels like a woman, I can’t explain why but I’ve called her Erika.
